FALL 10

A SCREAM IN THE NIGHT

Musical patches of bliss. What is this but the quilt of heaven?

Threads wrapping in ever-crescending waves...now building pressure inside the bones… Aargh! Feel the pain as they contract...a pain that fast reaches a pinnacle of metamorphic intensity...dwelling there like incandescent magma... Aaaaargh! What is this but the mantle of hell? Aaaaaaaaargh! Aloud i scream in the night...for 15 solid Earth minutes under the cool night of stars i scream.

IMPRINT

Awakening in the morning. My elfin hat lays in place like an empty shell. A Forgotten relic in a canyon maze. An imprint of what i once was, am, or will be. A fossil, or perhaps a flag.
